STAND-ALONE SERVICES

TAX RETURN FILING OR FILING A TAX AMENDMENT

We prepare/amend personal taxes (Form 1040) and business taxes (Sole-Proprietor, Self-Employed, LLC, Partnerships, and S-Corp.)

TAX STRATEGY / CLIENT ADVISORY SESSION

The purpose of this session to maximize tax breaks and minimize tax liabilities. We will review your current personal financial situation, business financial statements, discuss your goals, and address any concerns. A money savings plan with actionable steps will be developed. Great for those who manage their own books and who are prefer to meet monthly or quarterly.

‘PICK YOUR BRAIN’ SESSION - BUSINESS Q & A

One-on-one meeting to get exact answers to tough questions. This meeting is great if you are in the process of creating a solid financial foundation, have general/specific career or business related questions that requires an expert's advice.

QUICKBOOKS TRAINING SESSION

One-on-one sessions of instruction. Eliminate the guesswork and reduce the clicking. Get training from a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Ideal for business owners who have a lower volume of transactions or those who have an employee in need of understanding how the cloud-based software works.

PAYROLL SERVICES

We process payroll as an add-on to our monthly subscription clients only. As a one-stop-shop, this is one less service for our clients to manage which reduces coordination fatigue. One-time setup fee of $199 and $100+ monthly depending on payroll frequency.

01. Introductory Call

  • During this free 15-minute conversation, let’s discuss your vision/goals, any pain points you’re experiencing, and how PAS can assist.

    The purpose of this meeting is to determine if we are a good fit for one another.

02. Onboarding / Consultation

  • We will review your current financial records/latest tax filing. This process allows us to get an understanding of your structure, the scope of work, and to provide the best recommendations.

    Includes the signing of the service agreement and software setup.

03. Deliverables

  • Per our service agreement, we will respond with the requested services. PAS values communication and your feedback. Please let us know your questions or concerns.
